Responsibilities As a CNA, you will perform activities of daily living for residents, observe and report changes in condition, ensure a safe environment, and maintain accurate documentation of care and education.
Qualifications Applicants must possess an unencumbered State of
Illinois
CNA certificate, or a certificate of completion from an accredited Illinois CNA training course. Prior CNA experience is preferred; we are willing to invest in the right candidate. Will hire pending certification applicants who have completed training from an accredited Illinois program.
Location Warren Barr Lincoln Park , 2732 N. Hampden Court, Chicago, IL. The facility is located in the highly desirable Lincoln Park neighborhood, close to Lincoln Park Zoo, North Avenue Beach, and major transit lines (CTA Red, Brown, Purple). Walk‑in applicants are welcomed.
