Responsibilities You are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect. Key responsibilities include:
General supervision of CNAs.
Conducting performance evaluations.
Providing education to CNAs as needed.
Performing activities of daily living (ADLs).
Observing changes in residents’ conditions.
Ensuring a safe environment.
Maintaining educational standards.
Qualifications
Unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate and CPR certification.
Minimum of one year of CNA experience (preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate).
Location 7618 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, IL 60626. The facility is easily accessible via public transportation, including CTA buses and the Red Line.
