12‑month Open Rank Clinical Track – School of Nursing (UNC Wilmington) We invite applications for full‑time, 12‑month clinical track faculty positions at the ranks of Clinical Instructor, Clinical Assistant Professor, or Clinical Associate Professor, starting August 2026. These positions support the 12‑month program in the School of Nursing (SON) within the College of Health and Human Services at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Minimum Qualifications

A master’s degree in nursing or a doctoral degree in nursing, or a doctorate in a related discipline with a baccalaureate, or a graduate degree in nursing at the time of application.

Demonstrated potential for high‑quality teaching and a sponsored research program.

Clear direction for research and scholarly activity.

Current RN license in NC or eligibility for licensure in NC.

Preferred Qualifications

Teaching experience.

Experience with AI use in educational and professional settings.
