Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Administer medications and complete assessments and treatments
Document the provision of services
Assist with activities of daily living care and support CNAs when needed
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
Qualifications
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina or a compact license allowing practice in North Carolina
Long‑term care experience
Positive attitude and bedside manner
Strong desire to work with people and provide compassionate care
