Registered Nurse (RN) – Sign On Bonus
Stellar Health Group is hiring a Registered Nurse for unit‑based nursing with a $10,000 annual retention bonus and $20,000 tuition reimbursement. Sign on bonus plus competitive hourly pay.

Education
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
Licenses & Certification
Current RN Licensure in the state of employment
Valid CPR verification
Experience
At least 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
Evidence of continuing education or special preparation in gerontological or long‑term care nursing desirable
Essential Functions
Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates residents’ care with the interdisciplinary team.
Documents resident condition and nursing needs accurately and promptly; reports observations to supervisor and physician as needed.
Receives and records physicians’ orders.
Communicates staffing problems and needs to the Nurse Manager; provides input on staffing ratios and deployment.
Provides accurate and complete resident status reports to the incoming shift and supervisors; maintains the 24‑hour report book.
Supervises, directs, and evaluates staff (RNs, LPN/LVNs, medication aides, nurse aides) as directed; participates in counseling, disciplinary action, and termination to the extent permitted by state practice act.
