Our Caregivers

Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, general care)

Manage medication as allowed by state regulations and complete daily progress reports of services provided

Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often when needed

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, individualized care to seniors in the community

Assist with daily living activities and promote resident independence whenever possible

Administer medications following state guidelines and document accurately

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents

Communicate progress and concerns to residents, families, and the care team in a timely manner

Qualifications

Current caregiver training/certification as required by state agency or ability to obtain within a short period

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or at least two years of caregiver experience

Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment

Strong communication skills, empathy, and dedication to senior care

Physical Requirements This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and other physical movements are required throughout the workday.
