Key Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee and guide the Nursing Department, ensuring strict compliance with standards and regulations.
Conduct daily departmental rounds to ensure nursing service personnel maintain top-notch nursing standards.
Engage in facility surveys by government agencies, following requests by the DON and ADON.
Address complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner, always aiming for resolution and improvement.
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure exceptional resident care.
Oversee and evaluate day-to-day Nursing Department functions in compliance with regulations.
Participate in facility surveys and address grievances to maintain high quality standards.
Qualifications
Valid RN License in the State of New York
