This is a full-time, on-site position for a Primary Therapist based in Brookhaven, GA. The Primary Therapist will provide therapeutic care to individuals, including conducting initial assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with family members and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate case documentation, and supporting clients with co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders throughout their recovery journey. The role requires a compassionate, client-centered approach to care. Qualifications
Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans and managing treatment goals. Experience in social work and case management within a healthcare or rehabilitation environment. Expertise in counseling individuals with chemical dependency and addiction disorders. Familiarity with assessment and intervention for dual diagnosis and co-occurring conditions. Active licensure in social work, counseling, or related fields (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred. Employment Type
