Job Description We are seeking a passionate
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a dedicated treatment team, and ensuring the success of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, and other language delays. Duties Include
Design and implement
individualized treatment plans
and
behavioral support strategies
Develop new programs and adjust existing ones as needed
Collaborate with a
multi‑disciplinary team
(including directors, parents, and other professionals) to review case progress
Provide
training, supervision, and support
for clinicians and therapists on policies and procedures
Communicate regularly with
funding sources
regarding client progress, reports, meetings, and authorizations
Manage a
caseload of billable hours
alongside supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification, or
Master’s degree
with completion of ABA coursework
Knowledge of ABA and DTT
required
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
Strong
leadership, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and time management skills
Proficiency in
written and spoken English
(fluency in additional languages is a plus)
Aptitude for
higher‑level management functions
when required
Ability to maintain regular communication with the team regarding client needs and schedules
Bilingual/Multilingual
candidates may qualify for
increased base pay
Compensation
Base Salary :
$75,000 to $85,000
Full‑time,
benefits included
Bonus eligible
