Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated BCBA for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer full-time, in-person positions supporting schools in Illinois. As a women- and therapist-founded company, originally started in Washington and now local to Illinois, our mission is to elevate your school-based experience. Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days a week Location: In-person Start Date: ASAP Your Key Responsibilities
Coach and support school staff and students in behavior intervention Develop and implement behavior plans aligned with IEPs Provide functional behavior assessments and safety plans for students with aggressive or self-injurious behaviors Design data collection systems for behavior goals and communicate progress weekly Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to create academic and behavioral goals What We’re Looking For
Illinois BCBA license required Experience supporting students in school settings Strong communication, data analysis, and teamwork skills Passion for collaborative problem-solving and positive behavior supports Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher)
