Amazing opportunity for a positive high energetic person with excellent organizational skills!! This position is full time in person and based in Woburn, MA.
$70k-$85k per year
In this role, you will provide support to two busy Marquis Executives (plus Ops team) by:
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, etc.
Answering incoming phone calls professionally and accurately taking messages
Managing the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and creating trip itineraries
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.
Qualifications
Must have 2+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
Demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Strong communication skills
Experience gathering and compiling data, reports and information from various sources and company applications
