A well-established firm is seeking a
Seasoned Senior Attorney
to join its team, focusing on
commercial and real estate litigation . If someone also practices employment, insurance, family, estate law we would consider as well. This is a fully on‑site role for an experienced litigator who thrives in the courtroom and enjoys working on complex, high‑value matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and litigate a wide range of
commercial litigation or real estate law disputes .
Represent clients in state and federal courts, including trials, hearings, and motions practice.
Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Conduct depositions, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
Provide strategic advice to clients and collaborate with firm leadership.
Opportunity to grow business within the firm (with additional compensation for generated matters).
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice in New Jersey
and in good standing.
8+ years of litigation experience , including trial and federal court work.
Demonstrated strong expertise in
commercial and real estate litigation .
Background additionally in business law, real estate & land use, employment, insurance, estate, and family law.
Strong advocacy, analytical, and legal writing skills.
Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Must be able to work
fully on‑site
in New Jersey.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary:
$175,000 – $250,000+ , flexible with experience.
