As
Director of Enterprise Change Management , you run the change engine for Enterprise Systems & Intelligence. Your mission: convert strategy into adoption at scale through one intake, one backlog, one cadence, and one narrative. You orchestrate release trains, enforce UAT/CAB discipline, and ensure every change is tied to KPI outcomes and benefits realization.
What a Day In Life Looks Like
Manage unified intake/backlog and cross-pillar release calendar.
Ensure CAB-ready change packs with UAT evidence and rollback plans.
Design role-based enablement that changes behavior, not just trains features.
Publish clear communications: “You Said / We Did / What’s Next.”
Maintain benefits ledger linking releases to KPI outcomes.
Align changes with policy-as-code gates and compliance requirements.
Refresh executive scorecards and lead PIRs for continuous improvement.
