Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a faith-based residential treatment center in Morrow, AR. This full‑time role requires relocation and offers an opportunity to positively impact youth within a supportive, faith‑based environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent boys facing mental health and substance use challenges.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress, integrating Christian values respectfully.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support family reunification efforts.
Facilitate psychoeducational groups on emotional regulation, trauma, substance use prevention, and relationships.
Maintain accurate documentation, participate in staff training, and provide crisis intervention when needed.
Qualifications include a valid counseling license, Master’s degree, experience with adolescents, and proficiency in evidence‑based practices.
Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, ongoing training, and clinical supervision. Salary range: $50,000–$70,000 annually.
