Requirements
Minimum 2 years of level III NICU experience.
Neonatal Intensive Care Our Neonatal Intensive Care unit is a fast‑paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Our leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member.
Patient Population: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit caring for infants 22 weeks gestation and up.
Patient Ratios: 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity.
Number of Beds: 13.
Department Specifics: Level III Designated NICU, Greater than 95% BSN, 34% Specialty Certified, 200+ admission annually, and active Unit Practice Council.

Education: Graduate of an accredited program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
