$6,000 special bonus

and salary ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 per year.

Essential Functions

Provide In-Home Family Therapy to identified youth and families within the given catchment area.

Participate in Care Planning Teams for identified youth and families.

Provide outreach counseling to youth.

Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as necessary.

Attend weekly supervision, staff meetings, and consultations as required.

Follow the Medical Necessity Criteria, Performance Specifications, and Service Definitions for In‑Home Family Therapy.

Assist with developing and providing clinical supervision training programs for TT&S/TMs.

Submit documentation and ensure it meets the Performance Specifications set forth by the state and is submitted timely.

Outreach to community providers to develop and foster solid working relationships and awareness of CBHI services.

Participate in Systems of Care meetings and other CBHI‑related meetings (as assigned).

Respond to client emergencies as needed.

Other duties as required.

Adhere to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the clinic. Complete South Bay’s crisis reporting protocol as required.

Must be comfortable with many different electronic systems and procedures, learning new technology, etc.

Must be willing to work afternoons and early evenings.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Education, Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

At least 1 year of experience working with children and youth.

A valid driver’s license in good standing and a reliable vehicle.

Excellent organizational skills.

Self‑started and proactive.

Experience with electronic health records is a plus.

FCC candidates must now be licensed eligible.

Future In‑Home Therapy candidates must have completed a 60‑credit program with a full internship and be eligible to obtain a LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC1, or LMFT.
