Bilingual ABA Clinicians

Responsibilities

Act as an

In-Home Behavior Therapist (IHBS)

delivering structured, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in clients’ homes to address youth behavioral needs and support caregivers in understanding and improving child communication.

Work as a

Behavior Technician

implementing clients’ behavior support plans, collecting data, and providing ABA‑based instruction to promote new skill development, all under the direction of a supervising BCBA.

Collaborate with supervising BCBA and families to monitor progress, report data, and support meaningful change in client behavior.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI‑approved program.

Fluent in Spanish (Required).

Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings (highly desirable).

Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred).

Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable).

Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.

Strong interpersonal, collaborative, written, and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Full‑time salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (with $30/hour incentive over productivity).

Fee‑for‑service rate: $35 – $45 per hour.
