Job Summary The Clinical Supervisor’s main responsibility is to provide consistent clinical individual and group supervision to staff and interns, and to ensure program management functions such as reviewing and approving all client documentation, ensuring compliance for billable hours, and supporting staff development.

What You’ll Do

Maintain a caseload and provide therapy and related services appropriate to each client; client record documentation shall be timely, accurate and maintained according to agency and contract standards (average billable hours up to 10 per week).

Conduct individual and group supervision with staff regularly and provide live supervision as needed.

Supervise a maximum of eight supervisees, including no more than three interns in a calendar year.

Ensure timely review and approval of all Streamline documentation for assigned staff.

Create staff retention and development plans for assigned staff.

Supervise second‑year master level interns from various clinical programs.

Disseminate agency‑wide communication to program staff.

Provide clinical supervision to licensed master level clinicians working toward independent licensure as needed.

Develop and maintain communication and working relationships with staff and administration.

Act as a liaison and program spokesperson to the community when appropriate.

Coordinate linkages with other agencies and service organizations.

Participate in networking meetings, public presentations, media announcements, interagency trainings and staffing.

Participate in agency‑wide on‑call systems as a support person to new clinical personnel.

What You Need

Independent license in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, Licensed Psychiatrist, or Psychologist).

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling or Psychology.

Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and work under pressure.

Personable, models respect when interacting with others.

Ability to build team, coach staff and assist in professional development.

Ability to implement and adhere to agency‑wide values, DEI practices and global strategies.
