We are seeking a bilingual therapist for an outpatient setting in Liberal, KS, to provide compassionate mental health services to individuals and families.
Responsibilities
Offer individual, family, and group therapy in English and Spanish.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate electronic documentation.
Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in supervision and meetings.
Requirements Degree: Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy. Active Kansas licensure (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LMSW). Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong communication skills and a client-centered, compassionate approach.
Benefits Competitive pay up to $75,000/year. Consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Supportive work environment and supervision support.
