Responsibilities
Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs of clients across all ages and diagnoses
Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information
Deliver services to clients in the community with no requirement to work from an office
Utilize evidence‑based practices to enhance clinical outcomes
Identify resource requirements to meet client needs
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals
Advocate for patient access to community resources
Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other professionals
Offer individual and family therapy focusing on coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support
Maintain professionalism and demonstrate compassion
Qualifications
Resident of the state of Florida
Fluent in English and Spanish
Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with flexibility to provide services in homes, schools, and community settings
Skilled in self‑care techniques for work‑life balance
Compassionate, engaging, and motivated to help others
Proficiency in documenting therapy services in an EMR platform
Eligibility based on specific related degrees or majors as detailed in job posting
