Join Chrysalis Health as a bilingual mental health outpatient therapist, counselor or social worker. This role offers a stable base pay of $85,500 per year, an orientation training stipend of $2,400, and the opportunity to build a flexible schedule while providing high‑quality care.

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities
Assess and determine comprehensive mental‑health needs of clients of all ages and diagnoses
Conduct client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information
Deliver services in the community with no office requirement
Utilize evidence‑based practices to enhance clinical outcomes
Identify resource requirements necessary to meet client needs
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health‑care professionals to ensure optimal client care
Advocate for patient access to community resources
Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families and other professionals
Facilitate individual and family therapy on psycho‑social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction and caregiver support
Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all client interactions
Candidate Requirements
Must reside within the State of Florida
Must speak English and Spanish fluently
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited university
Organizational and time‑allocation skills; ability to flex hours and provide services in homes, schools and community settings
Proficiency in self‑care techniques to maintain work‑life balance
Compassionate, engaging, and strong desire to help others
Ability to document therapy services in an electronic medical records (EMR) platform
Experience or coursework that includes at least four class codes covering Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis & Treatment of Psychology, Human Sexuality, Counseling Theories & Techniques, Group Theories & Practice, Marriage & Family Dynamics, Individual Evaluation & Assessment, Research & Program Evaluation, Personality Theories, Social & Cultural Foundations, Counseling in Community Settings, and Substance Use Disorders
