About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled
Maintenance Supervisor
for our 94‑door communities at Condos at the Villager and Hunter’s Court Townhomes. This role requires hands‑on experience in multifamily maintenance, strong HVAC expertise, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
Strong HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
Ability to respond to after‑hours calls
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks in all weather conditions
Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
Ensure a safe, clean work environment following all safety standards
Respond to service requests and assist with apartment make‑readies
Manage after‑hours repair calls promptly
Assist with hiring, training, and supervising maintenance, custodial, and grounds team members
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests
Maintain inventory and manage the maintenance budget
Supervise vendors and in‑house staff, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
