We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team – a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing life‑changing care to individuals living with serious mental illness and substance use challenges in their own communities.

Your Role in Our Mission As a Registered Nurse on our ACT Team, you’ll provide direct, compassionate, and holistic care to clients where they live and thrive. You’ll be part of a supportive team that meets daily, shares insights, and works together to create lasting stability for each individual served.
You Will
Deliver essential nursing care, including psychotropic medication administration and monitoring as prescribed by the team psychiatrist.
Conduct nursing assessments and interventions while monitoring for medical issues and potential side effects.
Collaborate with the team psychiatrist to create, update, and manage medication protocols, policies, and procedures.
Assess and document medication effectiveness, potential complications, and any side effects.
Develop personalized strategies to promote medication adherence and overall wellness.
Contribute to individualized treatment plans and participate in daily ACT team meetings.
Provide on‑call crisis intervention services as part of a rotating schedule.
Document all client interactions and care in the Welligent EMR system.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For
Active, unrestricted RN license to practice in North Carolina
Experience in behavioral health or mental health preferred
Comfort working in community‑based settings
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
