Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes or assisted living settings.
Administer medications and treatments as per care plans.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Document patient care activities and maintain accurate electronic health records.
Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component)—Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test current within last 12 months.
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Must have reliable transportation.
