Compensation Base pay: $158,550.00/yr – $202,430.00/yr. Total compensation can reach up to $200,000.
About the Position Reporting to a visionary Director of Women’s and Children’s Services, the Supervisor will be supported by seasoned charge nurses, clinical educators, and a multidisciplinary team that includes OB/GYNs, MFMs, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, midwives, and lactation consultants. The Supervisor will guide staffing and scheduling, precept and mentor RNs, elevate patient experience, optimize throughput, steward budget and resources, and drive quality metrics—from NTSV cesarean reduction to OB hemorrhage readiness—within a welcoming culture of friendly nurses and a diverse, collaborative workforce.
The Nurse Manager will advance evidence‑based practice, readiness for survey, and family‑centered birthing.
