36 hours/week, 12-hour night shifts Patient ratio: 1:4-6 2 years minimum experience in IMC Weekend coverage as needed Pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam (80% overall, 100% on lethal rhythms) Certifications: ACLS, BLS Experience with charge nurse duties, chest tubes, PCA infusions, bedside monitoring, non-titratable drips, IV infusions Flu vaccine required Patient Diagnoses: CHG, Diabetes, COPD/Asthma, sepsis, pneumothorax, ESRD/dialysis, hypertension/hypotension, ETOH withdrawal, general surgery.
