Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown night shift position requiring a TN or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
Stepdown unit in a hospital setting
Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Assignment length is 13 weeks
No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
RTO requests must be less than 1 week
Must provide coverage for assigned shifts and participate as part of the night team
Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
First-time travelers are accepted if meeting the requirements
Requirements
Active TN or compact RN license required
At least 1 year of recent experience in the stepdown specialty required
No certifications may expire within 30 days of start
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
