We offer part‑time or full‑time positions with guaranteed pay as you build your caseload.

The base salary ranges from $52,200 to $156,000, plus a $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus.

Job Description A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional disabilities and delays by planning and administering speech therapy services in the home and community.

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality care and meet patient and family needs by performing evaluations, interpreting assessment results, developing appropriate goals, and creating and implementing speech therapy treatment plans in conjunction with the physician.

Assist pediatric patients to develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning and improve their level of independence by implementing skilled interventions.

Participate in educating, coaching, and empowering caregivers and families to carry therapeutic activities into the child’s daily routine.

Coordinate with referral partners to provide services for children in accordance with the physician order.

Ensure continuation of the therapeutic plan following discharge by designing and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs.

Document patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.

Maintain patient confidence by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

ASHA certification.

State license.

Current CPR certification.

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.

Feeding experience required.

Bilingual preferred.
