Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) & Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA)
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking part‑time or full‑time certified Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech‑Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide speech therapy services in the home and community for pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, and/or social/emotional disabilities and delays.
Bilingual experience preferred.
Guaranteed pay while you build your caseload!
Full‑time and Part‑time positions available.
Pay range: $31,000 – $156,000.
Job Description A certified SLP or SLPA will implement treatment programs for pediatric patients in both home and community settings, collaborating with a supervising speech therapist to deliver individualized care.
Requirements
ASHA Certification
Texas State SLP / SLPA License
Current CPR Certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality care and meet patient and family needs by implementing speech therapy treatment plans under supervision.
Assist pediatric patients to develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning, improving their level of independence.
Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to integrate therapeutic activities into daily routines.
Ensure continuity of care after discharge by designing and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs.
Document patient care services and coordination in an electronic medical record system.
Maintain patient confidentiality and build patient confidence.
