Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting.
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
Maintains daily thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
Uses own equipment, including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged.
Actively licensed as an FL Physical Therapist.
