We are an outpatient therapy clinic seeking passionate therapists to deliver top‑notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele in a home setting. We believe a proactive preventative approach leads to successful aging‑in‑place. Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting.
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals.
Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged.
Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist.

$100 per evaluation.
