Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting.
Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
Maintain thorough daily documentation of services in the EMR.
Bring your own equipment, including smart devices and a blood‑pressure monitor.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
New graduate applicants welcomed; experienced therapists encouraged.
Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist.
Job Type: PRN PRN therapists are part of an on‑call pool, working on a per‑diem basis. Benefits include flexible scheduling, varied settings (ALF and residential homes), higher rates, and no long‑term contract obligations. Weekend and holiday shifts are available with premium pay. PRN work keeps therapists engaged, sharpens clinical skills, and expands professional networks.
Compensation:
up to $130 per evaluation + 2 units for hospice.
