What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Organize and maintain an effective scheduling system for procedures and office visits at the Cardiology clinic
Collaborate closely with clinical teams and the Clinic Supervisor to improve clinic scheduling processes
Provide courteous and professional communication while addressing patient scheduling needs
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and accurately document scheduling activities
Act as a care coordinator to assist families in accessing necessary care
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Proficient in computer systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and dental software
Ability to manage multiple phone lines effectively
Respect for patient confidentiality in all communications
Flexibility to adapt to changes and a team‑oriented problem‑solving approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a healthcare setting or with dental scheduling processes
