CAS Senior – Accounting Services
Location: Onsite in San Antonio (In-office Client Visits)
Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
About the Role We are seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Senior to join our team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for professionals with strong public accounting experience who are passionate about building client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of our client base and identify opportunities for additional services
Retain existing clients by demonstrating urgency and client focus
Efficiently onboard new clients and execute engagements with attention to detail
Build trusted relationships with clients and assist in training team members
Handle financial reporting and operational matters across various industries
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Currently employed with strong job stability (2+ years at each stop)
CPA Eligible – Must have a letter confirming eligibility or proof of scheduled exams (pass/fail status does not matter)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Recent public accounting experience (Audit or Accounting Services preferred)
3+ years of related experience
Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and general tax concepts
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and general ledger software
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Additional Details
Regular off‑site client meetings
Travel within San Antonio and surrounding areas (Understanding of overtime requirements
