Registered Peer Recovery Specialist
to join our Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team and make a real difference by supporting individuals through crisis and connecting them with life-changing resources.
Schedule 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday–Tuesday with a half day on Wednesday. The position includes community travel to Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
Your Role in Our Mission The
Registered Peer Recovery Specialist
for CR2 is a fully integrated team member who provides highly individualized services in the community and promotes self‑determination, advocacy, and hope. The Peer Support Specialist assists with connecting individuals experiencing crisis to needed community resources and participates in our rotating on‑call schedule.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive rate: $25.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Registered as a Peer Support Specialist in Virginia
A desire to provide community‑based services for those experiencing a behavioral health crisis
Must be or have been a recipient of mental health services
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
