Annual Salary: $49,612
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Join our team at the Hampton‑Newport News Community Services Board as a full‑time Adult Mental Health Case Manager. This role allows you to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need while working in a supportive and collaborative onsite setting.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive case management services to adults in Hampton and Newport News, including assessments, treatment planning, advocacy, counseling, and crisis intervention.
Assist clients in meeting basic needs by accessing vital resources and support.
Coordinate services and resources efficiently to support client goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold the Board’s reputation as a premier provider of behavioral health services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or related field).
One year of experience providing case management services.
Valid Driver’s License (required for outreach and client visits).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
