Behavioral Health Technician
Day Shift (7p-7a) – Mesa Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, a nationally known healthcare organization with a diversified delivery network from coast to coast. This role involves providing compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use.

What You Will Do In This Role
Conduct functional analyses of patient behavior; participate as a member of the treatment team, contribute to the Master Treatment Plan, and implement interventions from the plan.
Conduct individual and group psycho‑education, leisure activities, and life‑skill training and coaching for all patients.
Ensure safety monitoring of patients and the unit.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
BLS, CPI certification.
One year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
