Job Description Salary: $32.00 - $34.00 hourly We offer a rewarding career as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

What will you do as an LPN?

Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.

Assist with medication administration for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.

Engage residents, monitor well‑being, and communicate changes in condition.

Collaborate with the Wellness Director and Assistant Wellness Director to assess and document resident assessments at required intervals.

Part‑time schedules (3:00 pm‑11:00 pm)

Week 1 – Sunday, Monday, Friday / Week 2 – Monday, Thursday, Saturday (7:00 am‑3:00 pm)

Week 1 – Sunday / Week 2 – Saturday (3:00 pm‑11:00 pm)

Week 1 – Saturday / Week 2 – Sunday (7:30 am‑11:30 am)

Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday / Week 2 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Qualifications

Accredited nursing school graduate with current LPN license.

At least two years of experience in long‑term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings preferred.

Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementias.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications.

Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform routine rescue and care activities with proper body mechanics.
