Job Summary We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for our outpatient clinic in Daphne, Alabama.
In this role, you will provide services to infants, children, teens, and young adults with conditions such as Autism, sensory processing disorders, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, genetic syndromes, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders. You will work in a multidisciplinary team that includes Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, ABA therapists, and Physical Therapists in a collaborative, mentored environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to patients with a range of developmental and physical conditions.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with agency standards.
Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.
Assist in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Alabama licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certification from the American Speech–Language–Hearing Association (CCC).
Preferred experience with pediatrics, AAC, Autism, and behavioral challenges.
