Location: Penfield, NY. Salary: $48,500.00-78,642.00.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based therapy for children with diverse diagnoses, including ASD, cerebral palsy, and speech disorders.
Interpret and implement treatment plans (IFSPs and IEPs), monitor progress, and adapt therapy strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including physical, occupational, and music therapists, and train families on AAC devices and feeding techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and professional development.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
NY State license.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Physical Demands Lifting up to 50 pounds, engaging with children in a classroom setting, and working on-site.
