This position seeks to provide prevention for youth and families by making connections for help early and timely so that issues do not reach crisis levels or become repeating crises. It will also assist in alleviating the long‑term effects of traumatic events. Staff will conduct behavioral health and social needs screening on all families, provide resource options, follow up, communicate outcomes, identify barriers, and problem‑solve alternate options. Staff collaborates with the crisis center on children in crisis, and links families to appropriate resources.

Schedule Part time – 24 hours per week
Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
Experience 1‑2 years Social Work or Counseling experience preferred
Department Specific Job Details Part time, 24 hours Day shift, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Thursday, Friday, and 2 Wednesdays a month 1 weekend rotation every 4 weeks Eligible for shift differential and benefits Serving the inpatient Mental Health Unit at the Mathile Center
