Weekday Shift Diffs:
$1.50 for 3 PM–11 PM, $2 for 11 PM–7 AM.
Weekend Shift Diffs:
$2 for 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM. Up to $6,000 Sign‑on Bonus. $40–$49 per hour.
Responsibilities
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.
Qualifications
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
