We are seeking compassionate LPNs to join Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 206‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility.
Pay & Schedule
Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.
Shift options: 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM.
$5 shift differential per pay interval.
Up to $3 an hour shift differential.
$6 000 sign‑on bonus for part‑time positions.
$12 000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions.
Hourly rate: $24–$33.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s plan of treatment.
Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
Qualifications
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Rhode Island.
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
Valid BLS certification (CPR).
