Dental Front Office Assistant – Clermont, FL Royal Oaks Dental Care (4289 South Hwy 27 – next to Starbucks) is hiring a Spanish‑speaking candidate who can join our team. Work Schedule

Monday–Thursday 7:30 am–5:00 pm Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm No weekends. Why Heartland Dental?

Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression. Manage front‑office duties: answer phones, check mail and email, communicate with patients and insurance companies. Use Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping. Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers. File insurance claims, verify benefits, and follow up on outstanding claims. Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivable. Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients. Partner with providers and team to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential. What You’ll Gain

Royal Oaks Dental Care is a unique community‑focused practice partnered with Heartland Dental. Join a 11‑person team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community. Minimum Qualifications

Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Regular HIPAA training and protection of PHI. Preferred Experience

1+ year experience in a dental or medical setting. 1+ year experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable. Experience with Dentrix or other dental software. Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Availability for virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year. TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement; not applicable in FL & TN). Who is Heartland Dental?
