Clinician

Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
What You’ll Do
Lead the Family Team and collaborate closely with team members to ensure high-quality care
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide intensive individual and family therapy in home and community settings
Co-facilitate Family Team meetings with children, youth, and caregivers
Partner with DMH, community supports, and families to match interventions with identified needs
Advocate for families navigating behavioral health systems and provide culturally responsive care
Who You Are
Master’s Degree in a mental health field (required)
Experience working with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and knowledge of treatment techniques (required)
Experience navigating child- and family-serving systems (required)
Minimum of 2 years working with families (preferred)
CANS certification within 6 months of hire (required)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Strong advocacy skills and ability to partner with families and community systems
