LPN/RN Care Leader for Rehab & Geriatrics

A health care facility in Hazlehurst is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized nursing care plans and provide both short-term and long-term care. Responsibilities include assisting with the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.
