Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Kaw River Care and Rehab in Edwardsville, KS is looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN. This rehabilitation nursing position offers a competitive salary range of $27.00/hr to $33.00/hr, based on skills and experience.
As an LPN, you will provide total care for residents, monitor their conditions, administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, enforce narcotic policies, monitor for side effects, and report changes in residents' condition. You will oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed, complete documentation, handle admissions and discharges, report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect, maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations, and deliver excellent customer service while building relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
Current CPR certification
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
Desire to work with the elderly
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required
Work Schedule Full-time position, 12‑hour shifts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
