A growing Property Management company is currently hiring an experienced Bookkeeper. The position is a permanent opportunity. The company will provide some benefits after a short probationary period. Hours are flexible and you may work from home. The property management company has been open and operating for almost a decade and is a privately owned company. The management company oversees residential real estate; single family residence, condominiums, townhomes, etc. The ideal applicant will have bookkeeping experience and understand basic property management or real estate terms. Responsibilities
The bookkeeper is responsible for all accounts receivable and accounts payable. Create invoices for homeowners and renters. Collect payments for rentals and services rendered. Oversee operating accounts and reconcile auto debits. Ensure utilities are paid, vendors are properly reimbursed, etc. Manage payroll for the small corporate staff. Balance a general ledger. Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience. Understand basic property management or real estate terms. Experience balancing a general ledger. Payroll experience for a small corporate staff.
