The Role We are searching for a

Business Development Representative (BDR)

who can identify opportunities and turn leads into long‑lasting partnerships. Leveraging strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of industry trends, BDRs will communicate directly with prospects and clients, uncover their unique needs, and recommend

Blackpoint’s

products and services that deliver the most value.

BDRs may also play a key role in developing new sales opportunities. To succeed in this role, you should be adaptable, organized, and knowledgeable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Successful BDRs are skilled communicators and persuasive presenters who excel at matching client needs with the right solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about client relationships, highly organized, and committed to enhancing the buyer experience.

This is a hybrid role based in

Denver, Colorado .

Responsibilities Prospect & Outreach

Use

HubSpot

and other tools to contact marketing‑generated leads, as well as prospects from business directories and other list sources.

Reach out via phone, email, and other channels to discuss prospects’ needs and explain how

Blackpoint’s

solutions meet those needs.

Lead Development & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with colleagues to share information, including lead qualification insights, selling strategies, and marketing updates.

Build and maintain access to decision‑makers and end‑users within prospective client companies.

Keep detailed and accurate account records in

HubSpot .

Product & Market Expertise

Develop a deep understanding of

Blackpoint’s

products and remain up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights.

Pipeline & Revenue Growth

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualification targets and objectives.

Conduct discovery calls, present demos, and demonstrate the value of

Blackpoint’s

products and services to potential buyers.

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while working toward attaining quotas.

Events & Networking

Occasionally travel to industry trade shows and events to support pipeline growth and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales prospecting, ideally gained in a fast‑paced technology company.

You have ~1 year of hands‑on experience with a CRM;

HubSpot

preferred.

You have the drive and persistence to manage multiple opportunities while proactively developing new ones.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can easily adapt your messaging to suit different audiences.

You have a strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage deadlines.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
