Work Setting: Hybrid. Onsite (Mon, Wed, Thurs) and Remote (Tue and Fri).
Required:
Experience with Java EE, Spring Boot, and microservices frameworks (8 years);
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (8 years);
Experience in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL) (8 years);
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) (8 years);
Experience with security best practices for cloud-native applications (8 years);
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) (8 years);
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) (8 years);
Experience with serverless computing and cloud-native services (8 years);
Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for modeling complex business domains (8 years).
Preferred:
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) (8 years);
Experience with performance tuning and high-availability strategies (8 years);
Experience in cost optimization in cloud environments (8 years);
Experience in Healthcare industry (8 years);
Experience with Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture and technologies adopted by an organization (8 years);

Responsibilities:
Lead architecture and design of cloud-native, enterprise-grade applications, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance;
Design and evolve Java/Spring Boot microservices and distributed systems using DDD, modern patterns, and 12-Factor/SaaS principles;
Define and govern API strategies (REST/GraphQL), event-driven integrations, and messaging patterns using Kafka/RabbitMQ;
Establish and optimize CI/CD, DevOps, and IaC practices (Terraform/Ansible) across cloud environments (AWS or GCP);
Apply security, observability, performance, HA, and cost-optimization best practices across application and platform architectures;
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear architectural blueprints and provide technical leadership to development teams.
